Academic Technologies / User Training & Support primary responsibilities include:

Training of instructional equipment such as laptops, tablets, clickers, multimedia classrooms.

Training of non-instructional applications such as the Microsoft Office Suite.

Coordinate the software and hardware needs for the general purpose and departmental computer labs.

Application administration and support for Blackboard CE 6 (WebCT), Breeze and other instructional applications.

Maintaining campus wide software licenses.
