Academic Technologies / User Training & Support primary responsibilities include:
  • Training of instructional equipment such as laptops, tablets, clickers, multimedia classrooms.
  • Training of non-instructional applications such as the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Coordinate the software and hardware needs for the general purpose and departmental computer labs.
  • Application administration and support for Blackboard CE 6 (WebCT), Breeze and other instructional applications.
  • Maintaining campus wide software licenses.
