Why doesn't my Authorization Code work?
- Incorrect dialing
- Balance due has exceeded the established credit limit
- Balance has not been paid in full by the due date

When is it most cost effective to place a long distance call?
Generally, the most cost efficient time to make a call within the continental United
States is between 7PM and 6:59AM weekdays, all day on Saturday, and until 5PM on Sunday.
When is my payment due?
The due date is printed on the monthly statement. Payments must be received in our
office by this date to avoid interruption of service, late fee and a block
on your university account.

Payments by check may be mailed on-campus in the post office or placed in one of our
payment drop boxes located in the post office, Dalton Hall, or outside the TS Office,
Walker Hall. Cash or RU Express payments must be made in person in the TS Office,
Walker Hall.
